We ship across Canada from Kingston, Ontario.
- Orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- When your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number (please also check your junk folder). Please track your package once it has shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be reimbursed, so double-check your address at checkout.
- We also ship to the United States and internationally at the carrier rates shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
