Returns & Refunds | การคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน
Because we sell food, all food and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If anything in your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing, email Sukanya_Online@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Unopened non-food items (kitchenware, tableware, household goods) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you return instructions; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within a few business days.
